Co-founded a software company providing programming tools for the early PC industry. Successfully exited and consulted for several technology companies.

Internet & Data Center Pioneer

Joined a startup in the late 1990s that grew into the largest independent hosting provider in Oregon, riding the wave of internet infrastructure expansion.

Intel, Senior Business Development

Spent more than five years as a Senior Business Development specialist at Intel, building partnerships and growth programs at Fortune-500 scale.

Active in business associations for more than a decade, mentoring owners, sharing strategies, and staying close to the realities small businesses face.

Why I love this work.

Together with my wife, I have seven children, seven grandchildren, and live in Sherwood, Oregon. Family taught me what compounding really means, and that the same principle that grows a family also grows a business: small, consistent choices done in the right order.
